RECREATIONAL CHEER
Ages 4 TO 19 Years
Our recreational class serves as a fun and welcoming introduction to the sport of cheerleading. Athletes will learn the fundamentals, including basic jumps, tumbling, and stunting skills. These teams will participate in local competitions, making it a perfect stress-free and low-commitment option for those new to cheerleading.
Whether your athlete is trying cheer for the first time or simply looking for a fun, active environment, our recreational class is a great place to start!

prep cheer
Ages 4-19 years
Our Prep teams are the perfect starting point for athletes who are new to cheerleading or looking to strengthen their skills before advancing to an All Star Elite team. No tryout is required to join!
Athletes on this team will learn a Level 1 or 2 routine that includes tumbling, jumps, stunting, and dance. Our prep teams will compete locally.
This is a supportive, skill-building experience designed to help athletes grow in confidence and ability while having fun!
ELITE ALLSTAR TEAMS
We offer allstar competitive cheer teams designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether you're new to competitive cheer or an experienced athlete looking to elevate your performance, there's a team for you!
Our teams train to perform high-energy, level-appropriate routines that challenge athletes to grow in strength, technique, and teamwork. Athletes are expected to be fully committed, both in practice and performance, as every member plays a vital role in the team's success.
Each team will follow a full-season competition schedule, which may include travel to regional or national events.
Tumbling and Flying requirements are needed for each level. Please view our Tumbling Skills Tree for the best level for your athlete. Please contact us for any questions regarding tumbling or flying skills.

Tiny teams
Ages 3-5 years
Everyone makes a team – no tryout necessary! We offer two exciting options for our youngest athletes in Tiny Cheer:
Our Tiny Performance Team is perfect for beginners! While they won’t compete at formal competitions, they will get to perform at 3 local events. Athletes will learn a basic cheer routine and participate in fun, engaging practices that include:
- Stretching and flexibility
- Beginner tumbling (cartwheels, forward rolls, backbends)
- Jumps and stunting
This is a fantastic, low-pressure way to introduce young athletes to the sport of cheerleading.
Our Tiny Competition Team will compete at all local competitions throughout the season. Athletes will learn a full competitive routine including stunting, jumps, dance, and tumbling.
MINI teams
Ages 6-9 years
Our Competitive Mini Teams are the perfect next step for young athletes, ages 6 to 9. These teams focus on developing cheerleading skills in a structured, supportive, and high-energy environment.
Athletes will train to master a full Level 1 routine that includes:
- Tumbling (such as cartwheels, back walk overs, front walk overs, round offs)
- Jumps and group stunting
- Cheer and dance choreography
The season includes a full schedule of local and regional competitions, allowing athletes to perform in front of judges and audiences while building confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
Our goal is to create a strong foundation in competitive cheerleading while ensuring every Mini athlete has fun, stays safe, and feels like a valued part of the team. Commitment to practices and performances is essential, as each athlete plays a crucial role in team success.


YOUTH
Ages 12 years and under
Our Competitive Youth Teams are designed for athletes ages 8 to 12 who are ready to take their cheer skills to the next level in a dynamic and challenging environment. These teams train at a higher level of intensity and focus, preparing athletes to perform polished, high-energy routines at local and regional competitions.
Athletes on our Youth teams will build and refine skills in:
- Tumbling (Levels 1 and 2)
- Jumps and motion technique
- Stunting and pyramids
- Choreographed routines with cheer and dance elements
Youth athletes are expected to demonstrate strong team commitment, attend all practices, and give their best effort throughout the season. These teams offer a supportive atmosphere where athletes can grow in confidence, leadership, and athletic ability, all while having fun and building lifelong friendships.
The season includes a full competition schedule that may involve travel to regional or national events, offering exciting opportunities for athletes to showcase their progress and passion.
JUNIOR & SENIOR
Juniors Ages 9 to 15 | Seniors Ages 13 to 19
Our Junior and Senior Competitive Teams are built for experienced and highly motivated athletes ages 9–19 who are ready to perform at the highest level. These teams train intensely to master complex skills and compete at regional, national, and potentially international competitions.
These teams demand a high level of commitment, discipline, and teamwork. Athletes are expected to attend all practices, maintain peak physical conditioning, and contribute positively to the team culture. Every member plays a crucial role in the execution and success of the routine
Levels 1 through 5 are offered for this age group.
