CHEER CLASSES
We are excited to offer a variety of different classes of all levels for athletes from beginning to elite! Classes are run by our experienced and qualified coaches and are open to the public as well as our members. Classes are an excellent opportunity for affordable, additional training for Rec, School or All-Star cheerleaders as well as those from other sports/activities who wish to improve their skills in a safe and supervised environment.
TUMBLING CLASSES

PURCHASE PASSOur tumbling classes are designed for athletes ages 6 and up and are organized by skill level to ensure appropriate progression and challenge. Each class is led by 2–3 experienced coaches who provide hands-on instruction and support. Athletes will follow a structured format that includes station work, targeted drills, and skill progressions to help build strong foundations and advance safely through tumbling levels. Whether your athlete is just starting out or looking to perfect advanced skills, our program offers the structure and expertise to help them succeed.

FLYER AND STRETCH CLASSES

Dynamic and static stretching techniques
Increasing flexibility for jumps, kicks, and flyers

Mind-body awareness through controlled movement
Ideal for cheerleaders at any level, this class promotes overall athletic development and helps create strong, resilient athletes ready for the demands of cheer.

ENROLL NOWOur Tiny Tumble class is the perfect starting point for young athletes who are new to the exciting world of cheerleading! This beginner-friendly class introduces the foundational elements of tumbling in a fun, supportive environment.

To attend our tumbling classes, an athlete must purchase a punch pass. They would then pick the date and class they want to attend. Walk-Ins are available as long as a punch pass is purchased first.
4 weeks advance scheduling is available.
Back Walk over, Flyer, Flex & Flight, and Tiny Tumble Classes are enrollment classes. Click on the link for the class you want your athlete to enroll in. Charged monthly.
- Tiny Tumbling is available for ages 3-6 years of age.
- Level 1-2 Tumbling classes are for beginning tumbling up to a Round-Off (RO)
Backhand Spring (BHS) - Level 3-5 tumbling classes have a RO – 2x BHS requirement.
- Open Tumbling classes do not have a tumbling skill level requirement.
